You know how your comrades are always talking about one or another oke and shouting loudly because they’ve hit a big payout? Well, stop doing that! People who bet all their money on table tennis based solely on names don’t have a good time in the long run. And while you’re scratching your head wondering about all this, did you know you can place side bets on whether [Sundowns] will be caught in VAR hell?
Why it flips
On YesPlay, go to Sports and then click on the Table Tennis tab. There, you’ll see Prematch and Live options, and this link will take you to the prematch lobby https://yesplay.bet/sports/prematch/table-tennis. You can sort through tournaments like the International TT Cup and TT Elite Series. And if you only want to bet on a single competition, just sort matches by country using the filters. Each fixture card shows the Winner, Total Points, and Point Handicap markets, but you can click “More markets” for even more choices.
Clean tickets
- Winner bets are the type of bets you place when you are 100% certain about the outcome of the game. If you put R29 at 2.12 odds, you are backing the team you believe in with all of your heart.
- Total points, on the other hand, is the type of bet you go for if you think that the teams are well-matched. This means you are betting that there will be plenty of points scored, but you aren’t too concerned about who comes out on top.
- Point handicap is the middle line, meaning that a small start like +1.5 or +2.5, means that you’ll still get paid if you lose just by a little bit.
- Instead of watching the first couple of plays, you should try and figure out what’s the pattern of the match, as the players that start off strong sometimes get tired later on and end up losing.
- Before you start betting, figure out how much money you’re okay with spending, otherwise it’s easy to fall into the trap of chasing that next big win, thinking to yourself “just one more spin” since the next round is starting in just 60 seconds.
